Arthur was also blessed with 12 great- grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Arthur was a devout Christian who loved serving the Lord above all else. During his many years as a Christian, the last 25 years were as a member of the Little White Church at Marrowbone, WV where he served in the capacity of Deacon, Elder, and Trustee. He loved his family dearly and his prayer was to see them saved and join him in heaven someday. He never met a stranger and he always had something to say about the goodness of the Lord and he would say that he had truly been blessed.
Arthur was also an avid gun collector/trader. He loved his gun- trading buddies and enjoyed every time they gathered together for some trade time…. Arthur will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Per his wish, Arthur will be cremated and remains buried in the GD Marcum Cemetery at Dingess, WV next to his daughter Jessie. A celebration of life service will be held in his honor at The Little White Church on Marrowbone (Will Be Announced At A Later Date). A life’s crown he has won and he is now walking the streets of gold with the Lord and all his loved ones who arrived there before him and is awaiting the arrival of those who will follow…
