Obituary for Rosa Marie Stevens
Rosa Marie Stevens 66 of Kermit, WV passed away on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023 at Tug Valley ARH Hospital in South Williamson, KY. She was born on April 19, 1956 in Huntington, WV; she was a daughter of the late James Arthur and Polly Johnson Stevens. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; William Hodge, Wesley Johnson, James Waller Stevens, and Timothy Stevens. Rosa was a Christian and a housewife.
She is survived by her twin sister, Teresa Stevens of Kermit, WV and Sharon Stafford of Ohio as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Visitation will be after 4pm Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 at the Jennies Creek Baptist Church (Little Yellow Church) of Jennies Creek, WV with special services at 7pm with Pastor Joe Maynard officiating. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the church with Joe Mullins officiating. Buri
al will follow in the Stevens Cemetery of Crum, WV. The family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Rosa Marie Stevens.
