Roger Dale (Pug) Maynard 60 of Beauty, KY passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his home. He was born on October 25, 1958 in South Williamson, KY; he was a son of Ava Preece Maynard of Inez, KY and the late Jesse Maynard Jr. Roger was preceded in death by his son, Roger Dale Maynard II, brother, Rodney D. Maynard, and a sister, Joann Maynard.
He is survived by his mother as well as 2 daughters, Kayla Maynard of Paintsville, KY and Jessica Maynard of Wayne, WV. Pug is also survived by his grandchildren, Logan Blair, Madilyn Blair, Peyton Maynard, Tyler Maynard, Austin Robertson, Brooklyn Meeks, Madison Meeks, Alexis Hammond, Ryleigh Pennington, and a great grandchild, Lucas Meeks. He also leaves behind his siblings; James Russell (Marlene) Maynard, Tommy (Linda) Maynard, Terry Maynard, and Kennis (Marsha) Maynard as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 11:00am at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with James Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Family Cemetery of Inez, KY. Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Monday at the funeral home.
