Obituary for Patricia Ann Maynard
Patricia Ann Maynard 79 of Beauty, Ky; went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the home of her sister. Pat was born on June 7, 1941 in Beauty, KY; she was a daughter of the late Everett and Mabel Brewer Maynard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Maynard as well as daughter, Theresa York-Alexander and sisters, Nellie Maynard, Alice Fay Maynard, and Martha D. Maynard. Pat was a retired cook for the Ohio State Patrol and member of the Inez Church of Christ.
Pat is survived by her sons, Donald York (Tonya Young) of Beauty, KY and David (Teresa) York of Columbus, OH as well as 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Pat is also survived by her siblings; Glen (Diane) Maynard of Beauty, KY, Paul (Margie) Maynard of Webb, WV, Geneva (Daniel) Fleming of Columbus, OH, Audrey Scholer of Dublin, OH, Edith Maynard of Columbus,OH, Margie Copley of Beauty, KY, Solady Deskins of Beauty, KY, Matilda (Roger) Hinkle of Inez, KY and Kay (Ricky) Scott of Marion, OH.
Public visitation will be held from 12-1pm on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with funeral services being conducted at 1pm with James Russell Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard-Collier Cemetery of Beauty, KY. *In Response to the recent mandates set forth by the Governor and Kentucky Board of Funeral Directors, all attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing. We are also limited to capacity rules and therefore can only accommodate 35-40 people at a time.* Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Patricia Ann Maynard.
