Obituary for Orville "Bug" Crum Jr.

Orville “Bug” Crum Jr. of Big Elk Road, Inez, KY went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 3, 1952 in Martin County, KY; he was a son of the late Arvil and Pricie Marie Fitch Crum. He was preceded in death by his brother, Benny Crum and sister, Glenna Booth. Bug was a coal miner having worked for Amber Coal as well as a dedicated Christian.
Orville is survived by his wife, Pamela Ward Crum, in which he married on May 3, 2001 as well as sons, Isaac and Orville Crum III (Trey) both of the home as well as step-son, Michael Boyd of Louisa, KY and a beloved granddaughter, Eliza Jane Boyd. Bug also leaves behind his brother, Bill (Robin) Crum of Beauty, KY and sisters, Josephine Mollett of Inez, KY and Barbara (Sandy) Stapleton of Staffordsville, KY and sister-in-law, Markietta Crum of Beauty, KY as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and family and friends.
Visitation will be after 6pm Thursday and all day Friday at the Big Elk Freewill Baptist Church with special services at 7pm with funeral services conducted on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1:00pm at the Big Elk Freewill Baptist Church with John Horn and Arnold Damron officiating. Burial will follow in the Crum Cemetery of Beauty, KY. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Orville “Bug” Crum JR.
