Okey Lee Sturgell 77, of Crum, WV passed away on June 16, 2020. He was born on November 27, 1942 to Okey and Louise Sturgell of Crum, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, Okey & Louise Sturgell, sisters; Phoebe Copley, Betty Smith, Virginia Helms, Alberta & Roberta Maynard - brothers; Gary David Sturgell, Joseph Sturgell, James Sturgell and a daughter Mildred Louise Sturgell.
He will be sadly and greatly missed by his daughter, Cherie (Scott) Hobbs, of Homer MI, his adopted son Lee (Xiaoyi) Sturgell of Philadelphia PA, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, brothers; Jennings (Ollie) Sturgell and Harold Lloyd ( Bertha) Sturgell of Fort Gay, WV., Sherman Sturgell of Delbarten, WV., Ivan (Sharon) Sturgell of Mansfield OH., Charles Sturgell of Crum, WV., and Albert Sturgell of Huntington WV.
Okey was a Veteran of the United States Army and a wonderful friend to many.

Viewing will be Friday, June 19,2020 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Funeral services to be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home in Warfield KY with Bob Mullins officiating. Burial to take place at the Sturgell cemetery, Marrowbone Creek, Kermit WV. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Okey Lee Sturgell.
