Nancy Kay Mullins 60 of Dix Fork Road, Sidney, KY; went home to be with the Lord May 26, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 25, 1960 in Mingo County, WV; she was a daughter of the late Donald and Lois Elkins Webb who resides in Williamson, Wv. Besides her father, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Dean Mullins as well as 2 brothers, Daniel Kent and Stephen Dale Webb. Nancy was a homemaker and a member of the Big Creek Freewill Baptist Church of Sidney, KY.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Marina (Jason) Runyon of Sidney, KY and son, Richard (Melissa) Mullins of Hardy, KY as well as 5 grandchildren, Daniel, Makayla, Rebecca Mullins and Elijah and Jonah Runyon who loved her dearly. Nancy also leaves behind her sisters, Connie (Larry) Thacker, Saundra Webb, and Tammy (Ronnie) Estepp. Nancy also leaves behind her faithful companion, Max along with many friends and family who will miss her. “I will restore your health, and I will heal your wounds, declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 30:17.
Visitation will be after 6pm Saturday at the Big Creek Freewill Baptist Church with funeral services being conducted on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 1:30pm with Brother Gary Blackburn and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Mullins Cemetery of Dix Fork, Sidney, KY. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Nancy Kay Mullins.
