Matthew Anthony Blevins 37 of Matewan, WV passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Goodman Hollow, Williamson, WV. He was born on February 14, 1985 in Williamson, WV; he was a son of Mary Sue Calhoun Davis of Matewan, WV and the late Daniel Blevins. Matthew is preceded in death by his grandparents; Julius and Mary Alice Calhoun and Frank and Belvia Blevins.

Matthew is survived by his mother as well as step father; Curtis Davis of Matewan, WV, longtime companion, Amanda Jude, daughters; Alyssa Nicole Messer of Huntington, WV and Lakeisha Mattison Blevins of Warfield, KY as well as brothers, Daniel Benjamin Blevins and companion, Linda Blevins of Stepptown, WV and Danny Ray Blevins and companion, Samantha Allen of Indiana. He also leaves behind his nephews, Jacob and Camron Blevins.
