Mark Franklin Carter 56 of Lovely, KY passed away on September 3, 2022 at his home. He was born on November 8, 1965 in Kentucky; he was a son of the late George (Irene) Carter and Caladonia (Ladybug) Maynard. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Rebecca Carter, grandparents, Henry (Elizabeth) Carter, brothers, George (Robin) Carter and Billy Joe Spence.

Mark is survived by his children; Josh Webb, Michelle (Eric) Brown and Christy Runyon as well as grandchildren, cory, Brianna, Cody, Jason, Erica, Gracie, Suzie, and great grandchildren, Marlee and Sophia. Mark is also survived by his siblings; James (Rutt) Carter, Curt Spence, Linda Conforti, Sally Carter-Grim, and Angela (James) Vanhoose as well as nieces and nephews, Sara, Dolores, Elizabeth, Rosella, Abby, Caressa, George, Timmy, and Shannon. Mark (Dog) loved his family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00am til 12:00pm on Thursday, September 8, 2022 with funeral services being conducted on Thursday at 12:00pm with Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Warfield Cemetery of Warfield, KY. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Mark Franklin Carter.
