Obituary for Linda Kay Blevins (Johnson)
Richard Lee Blevins 57 of Williamson, WV passed away on April 28, 2023 at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center in South Williamson, KY. He was born on November 11, 1965 in Williamson, WV; he was a son of the late Frank and Beliva Gullett Blevins. Richard was preceded in death by his wife; Linda Kay Johnson Blevins who passed away on May 1, 2023 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born on May 18, 1962 in Louisa, KY; she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Virginia Spence Johnson.
Richard is preceded in death by his siblings; Daryl Jewell, Cledith “Jug” Blevins, Harrison Blevins, Frank Blevins Jr., Jack Blevins, Daniel Blevins, Billy Joe Blevins, Blanch Elaine Blevins, June Carol Blevins and a son, Richard Derrick Blevins. Linda is preceded in death by her siblings; Alvin Johnson, Cainie Johnson, Ruth Johnson Crum, John Johnson Jr., and Richard Johnson.
Richard and Linda are survived by two sons, Ronald Johnson and Scott Johnson and Richard has 2 daughters, LeAnna Fleming and Regina Bolen as well as grandchildren, Damien Johnson, Zachery Porter, Katie Johnson, Caylee Johnson and a great grandchild, Paislee Johnson. Richard is also survived by his siblings; Bob Blevins, Vinia Ellen Blevins, Erma Johnson, and Anna Marcum as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Linda leaves behind her siblings; Edgar Johnson, Ronald Johnson, and Carmen Harless as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Joint Graveside visitations will be as 12pm noon on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Diamond Cemetery of Nolan, WV with graveside services being conducted at 1pm with Frank “Baldie” Marcum officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Diamond Cemetery. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the families of Richard Lee and Linda Kay Johnson Blevins.
