Lacy Maynard 52, of Jackson, OH passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the home of his niece on Groundhog Hollow Road. Lacy was born on December 24, 1969 in South Williamson, KY; he was a son of the late Oscar and Thelma Endicott Maynard. He is preceded in death by his parents as well as a brother, Oscar Stevens. He was a disabled substitute teacher and of the Christian Faith.

Lacy is survived by his brothers, Tim (Tammy) Maynard of Warfield, KY, David (Shirley) Maynard of Junction City, OH, Ervin (Kitty) Maynard of Ottaway, OH, Ernie Maynard of Beauty, KY, Justin (Chelsea) Maynard of Beauty, KY, Ronnie Davis of Michigan as well as sisters, Lisa Maynard of Beauty, KY and Missy (Richard) Dye of Coppers Cove, TX. Lacy also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and 4 special friends, Doug Mills, Nick and Tonia Beachler, and Ricky McGuire.

Visitation will be after 1pm on Tuesday, all day Wednesday, and until time of services on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the Beauty Church of the Nazarene with funeral services being conducted at the church on Thursday, at 1pm with Joe Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Family Cemetery of Beauty, KY. We want to thank everyone who helped with Lacy’s Care.
