Obituary for Johnathan Lee Hatfield
Johnathan Lee Hatfield 55 of Teays Valley, WV; passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the CAMC Medical Center in Teays Valley, WV. He was born on February 10, 1967 in Lancaster, PA; he was a son of Nancy Carol Hackney Brewer of Kermit, WV and the late Ezra Hatfield. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents; Thomas Hatfield, Annie Boyd Hatfield, Johnny Hackney and Virdie Taylor Hackney.
Johnathan is survived by his sons; Justin Maynard of Kermit, WV, Shawn Chafin of Louisa, KY, Johnathan Hatfield of Louisa, KY, Tyler (Kelsey) Hatfield of Coal Grove, OH, and Derrick Hatfield of Hurricane, WV, and daughters, Brandi Hatfield of Barboursville, WV and Brittany Harmon of Scott Depot, WV as well as his grandchildren; Kane, Kynlee, Khloe, Braili, Oaklyn, and Hailey. He also is survived by his siblings; Tommy (Regina) Hatfield of Kermit, WV, Steven Hatfield of Hurricane, WV, Bobby Hatfield of Calhoun, GA, Debbie (Michael) Messer of Dunlow, WV, and Tammy Tucker of Calhoun, GA. Johnathan also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Brad and Josh Hatfield, James and Michaella Messer, Carly Hatfield, Terry Chafins, Samantha Turner, Chelsea Hatfield, Lee Hatfield, and Matthew Hatfield as well as a host of extended family and friends.
At the request of the family there will be no funeral services at this time. Burial will follow in Brewer Cemetery of Pickle Tub Branch, Kermit, WV at a later date. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Johnathan Lee Hatfield.
