Obituary for Jessie Anthony Marcum
Jessie Anthony “Cowboy” Marcum 46 of Kermit, WV; passed away on February 15, 2023 at the Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson, KY. He was born on November 19, 1976 in Logan, WV; he was a son of the late Jessie Marcum and Ruby F. Spurlock. He is preceded in death by siblings; Ruby F. Marcum, Ronald Wayne Flemings, Jerry Roger Flemings, Carolyn D. Flemings, and Hayes Randall Flemings. Anthony was a handyman by trade.
He is survived by his daughter, Ruby Carol Marcum as well as siblings; Roscoe C. Spurlock and Virgie Faye Short as well as several nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 6-8pm at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with funeral services being conducted on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11:00am with Joe Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Spurlock Cemetery of Breeden, WV. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Jessie Anthony “Cowboy” Marcum.
