Obituary for Jennings Vance
Jennings Vance 38 of Jennies Creek Road, Kermit, WV passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY following a battle with cancer. He was born on Feb. 4, 1984 in Logan, WV; he was a son of Helen Vance of Dingess, WV and the Late Jennings Vance. He was formerly employed by Walmart and was a member of the Sweet Home Church of Jennies Creek, WV.
He is survived by his wife of 20 plus years, Michelle Flemings Vance of Kermit, WV as well as his son, Johnathan Vance of Kermit, WV as well as 3 sisters, Bobbie “His Twin” (James) Messer of Dingess, WV, Amy Kesyer of Dingess, WV, April Tomblin of Dingess, WV as well as 16 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday July 13 and 14t, 2022 from 6-8pm each day with funeral services being conducted on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 12:00pm at the funeral home with Robert Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Vance Family Cemetery of Dingess, WV. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Jennings Vance.
