Obituary for Helen W. Stepp
Helen W. Stepp 82 of Stepptown, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at her home. She was born on March 26, 1938 in Inez, KY; she was a daughter of Everett and Aleda Brown McClease. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Jack W. Stepp Sr. and sister, Julia L. Phillips. She was a housewife and member of the East Kermit Church of God.
Helen is survived by her sons; Jack (Pam) W. Stepp Jr. and Johnny D. (Terri) Stepp both of Stepptown, WV, Russell A. (Tonya) Stepp of Warner Robins, GA, daughter, Linda F. Stepp of Stepptown, WV, as well as 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother, Tommy McClease of Warner Robins, GA.
Visitation will be from 6-10pm Monday at the East Kermit Church of God with funeral services being conducted on Tuesday at 11:00am at the church with Otis Linville officiating. Burial will follow in the Stepp Family Cemetery of Stepptown, WV. In response to the COVID-19 virus it is mandated by Gov. Jim Justice, that everyone in attendance is to wear masks. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Helen W. Stepp.
