Obituary for Hazlett Ann May Salmons
Hazlett Ann May Salmons, infant daughter of Larry Alexander Salmons and Journey Harmon of Frankfort, KY was born on December 13, 2021 at 9:21pm and entered back into the arms of Jesus at 10:28pm at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul Henry Salmons and Mary Jarvis.
Hazlett is survived by her parents as well as her grandparents, William Harmon of Frankfort, KY, Amanda Harmon of Huntington, WV, Lori Chapman (Noah) Luster of Inez, KY and Wendell (Mindi) Salmons of Huntington, WV as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 12:00pm at the Anderson Cemetery of Jennies Creek, WV with Ken Allen officiating. Burial will follow the service. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Hazlett Ann May Salmons.
