Obituary for Elma Jean Jones (Jude)
Elma Jean Jude Jones 75 of Old Field Road, Williamson, WV; passed away on February 21, 2023 at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center in South Williamson, KY. She was born on January 1, 1947 in Martin County, KY; she was a daughter of the late Jeff and Kate Maynard Jude. She was a housewife and a member of the World Wide Church of God.
Elma is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Jones, son, Samuel L. Jones, siblings; Isaac Elijah Jude, John Elias Jude, Thomas “Tommy” Jude, Harlen Jude, Edgar Jude, Easter Jude Coleman, Victoria Jude Sparks, and Dolly Jude.
She leaves behind her children to mourn her passing; Ruben H. (Marie) Jones, Timothy R. Jones, and Sandra (Ernie) Elkins as well as her grandchildren, Amanda Jones, Brent (Amber) Elkins, Timothy Phillip Jones, John Paul Jones, Jessica (John) Blackburn, Tina (Pete) Fouch, Stephanie (Michael) Pate, Johnny Jones, Lisa Jones, Joshua C. Elkins, Kayla (Daniel) Stanley, Tiffany Jones, Sarah (Shawn) Hundley, Vanity Copley and Tommy Jones and 24 great grandchildren. Elma also leaves behind her siblings; Charles Jude, James Jude, Edward Jude, Elizabeth “Lizzie” Jones, Margie Mills, and Virgie Jude as well as Donna Maynard, Ronnie Booth, and Johnny Booth, who were raised with our mommy.
