Dixie Marie Marcum Blevins 54 from Nolan, WV, passed away on May 10, 2020 at her home in Martin Co., KY. She was born on November 13, 1965 to the late Curtis and Ivy Davis Marcum. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by seven brothers, Isaac Marcum, Tex Marcum, Bobby Marcum, Dubby Marcum, Jimmy Dean Marcum, Charles Ray Marcum, Jessie James Marcum and two sisters, Rhoda Jane Starr and Mary Goldie Gannon. Dixie is survived by her loving daughter, Blanch Elisabeth and Jonny Dotson of McCarr, KY, three grandchildren, Stacey Dotson, Bailey Dotson, and Hailey Dotson which was her pride and joy, as well as three siblings also survive; Eddie Dean Marcum of Naugatuck, WV, Cindy Spurlock of Delbarton, WV, and Joann Marcum of Ohio and a special sister in law, Erma Johnson and a host of family and friends.
In accordance to the orders given by Governor Andy Beshear, Kentucky Funeral Directors Association, and the Center for Disease Control, private graveside services will be conducted for the family. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Dixie Marie Marcum.
