Obituary for Cledith "Jug" Blevins
Cledith “Jug” Blevins 79 of Dunlow, WV went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 3, 2022 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born on August 26, 1942 in Nolan, WV; he was a son of the late Frank and Belva Gullett Blevins. Jug was preceded in death by his spouse in 2006, Eva Crabtree Blevins, siblings; Jack, Harrison, Billy Joe, Darrell, Blanche, Frank, and Daniel Blevins. Jug was a general laborer as a truck driver.
Jug is survived by his daughter, Eva (Jeremy) Forth of Huntington, WV, grandchildren, Ashley, John, Paul, and Wanda Baisden as well as Kelly Dean and Nathan Dean. He is also survived by his siblings, Bob and Richard Blevins of Kentucky, Anna Mae Marcum of Nolan, WV, Vinia Blevins of Naugatuck, WV, and Ermie Johnson of Kentucky as well as several extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00am-1:00pm on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the funeral home with funeral services being conducted at 1:00pm at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with Earl White officiating. Burial will follow in the Diamond Cemetery of Nolan, WV. *In response to COVID-19 virus, all attendees are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing guidelines.* Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Cledith “Jug” Blevins.
