Obituary for Brandon Scott Ferguson

Brandon Scott Ferguson, loving father, son, brother, and uncle; born on February 8, 1983, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the Emogene Dolin Hospice House in Huntington, WV.
He is survived by his son Devon Tyler Ferguson, parents, Barb and Danny Ferguson, brother and sister-in-law, Danky and Rachel Ferguson, nephews, Tanner and Danny Ray Ferguson all of Kermit, WV. Grandparents, James and Sarah Jarrells of Dunlow, WV and Clinton and Jessie Ferguson of Umitila, Florida. He was loved by all aunts and uncles that truly helped in the time of need and a multitude of cousins that were more like brothers and sisters.
Brandon grew up with his best friend and brother, Danky, playing sports for the Kermit Blue Devils and Tolsia Rebels. As a young man, Brandon worked hard as a coal miner, a trade that he was proud to follow in like his father; until a roof collapsed and left him paralyzed. Brandon spent his life loving his son and nephews, Tanner and him sharing the same birthdate, and Danny Ray his little buddy, but his love and great accomplishment was his son Devon.
A private graveside service will be conducted for the immediate family according to the rules and guidelines set forth by our Governor Andy Beshear and the Center for Disease Control. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Brandon Scott Ferguson.
