Billy Ray Maynard 52, of Chattaroy, WV passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. He was born on November 27, 1966 in Williamson, WV; he was a son of Carolyn Sue James Maynard of Chattaroy, WV and the late Vernon Ray Maynard. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dixie Marie Maynard. Billy is survived by his son, Devon Cable of Ohio as well as his brothers, Jerry Lee and Albert Maynard both of Williamson, WV, Donald Dale James Maynard of Wayne Co., WV, and Larry Maynard of Jennies Creek, WV.
