Arizona Kazee 71 of Big Stone Gap, VA formerly of Inez, KY and Crum, WV passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, Va. She was born on December 28, 1948 in South Williamson, KY; she was a daughter of the late Oliver and Sara Maynard Jude. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos (Bud) Kazee as well as 2 daughters, Barbara Ann Kazee and Mary Dixon as well as a great granddaughter, Roxy Dixon. Arizona was a homemaker and of the Old Regular Baptist Faith.
Arizona is survived by her son, William (Elizabeth) Kazee of Kermit, WV and daughter, Sarah Mae (Steve) Mullins of Big Stone Gap, VA as well as 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren as well as many friends, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be after 5pm Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the Union United Baptist Church at the Mouth of Emily Creek, Pilgrim, KY. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 11:00am at the Union United Baptist Church with Terry Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the Dials Cemetery of Jack Cassady Branch, Coldwater Road, Inez, KY. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Arizona Kazee.
