Owner and Director
Joseph Mullins, owner and director has been a licensed funeral director since 2003. I started my career at Phelps & Son Funeral Home in 1997 and worked there until 2003. In 2004, I started working for Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home and stayed there as an Embalmer and Funeral Director until June of 2017. I branched out to start my own business which has always been a dream of mine. I married my wife, Melissa Dempsey Mullins in 2010 and on December 19, 2016 we were blessed with our son, Marvin Lee Mullins. We are members of the Calf Creek United Baptist Church, where I am a minister there. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve Martin and Mingo County and the surrounding counties.

Bobby Mullins, pastor of Piso Freewill Baptist Church is a Licensed Funeral DIrector and has been part of the staff at Mullins Family Funeral Home since, 2019. Bobby is the father of funeral home owner, Joe Mullins. Jackie Dempsey has been a part of the funeral home since day 1 and is the mother of Melissa Mullins and is a licensed funeral director.
